A network for occupational therapists and students who are interested in, or currently working across the intersection of arts, humanities and health.

Our Vision

Storytelling.

Providing opportunities for occupational therapists, students and those receiving occupational therapy services to showcase case studies of creative approaches being used in practice. Storytelling will initially be done through blog posts on our website; offering insights into current practice and lived experience.

Training and Education.

Supporting professional development by providing training opportunities related to creative approaches in occupational therapy practice. We will host collaborative webinars and are in the process of developing free training resources for those interested in embedding creative approaches in their practice.

Research and Development.

Supporting occupational therapists to showcase their work within the occupational therapy community and beyond. This may be done through supporting conference and funding applications.

Networking.

Facilitating regular networking opportunities for occupational therapists and creative health professionals working at the intersection of arts and health. Networking events will initially be hosted as informal, online drop-in sessions. We aim to build a community together.

Collaboration.

We recognise that successful occupational therapy practice does not happen in siloes. We aim to support occupational therapists to collaborate with other creative health stakeholders to improve outcomes for our service users.
